High quality resin sand high temperature casting is used in the machine castings, complete annealing process is implemented, after more than six months of natural aging treatment, all cast iron base structure, enhance the stability, seismic resistance and high rigidity of the machine.
The spindle box body is designed as a unique herringbone structure with radiator structure, and the optimum stress span is calculated by mechanical engineering mechanics. Built-in Taiwan precision sleeve integral spindle ensures maximum axial, radial cutting and machining accuracy.
The 35 degree inclined bed structure is stable in operation, convenient in clamping and smooth in chip removal. The contact surfaces of precision components are made by manual scraping and grinding.
The transmission part is driven by imported heavy-duty linear guide rail, precision ball screw assembly and imported servo motor. The repetitive positioning accuracy reaches 0.0025 mm, which ensures the quality of processed parts and components.

All precise transmission parts are lubricated by automatic timing and quantitative oil supply system to ensure lubrication.
The hydraulic system adopts Taiwan motor and hydraulic pump with air-cooled device to cooperate with Taiwan's high-speed hollow-nbsp and rotary cylinder to make chuck holding force stable, easy to adjust, low noise and low oil temperature.
Taiwan Control System: Easy to operate, high degree of scientific and technological intelligence, rapid response, stable operation, up to six-axis linkage processing.
Suitable for processing all kinds of non-ferrous metals such as high precision and high gloss and copper products with high hardness.
